This little girl of ours is so much fun! She has such a cute personality and we can't get enough of her. She definitely loves to entertain people and is very aware of the attention she's getting. We love her so much!
Jayne's 18 month stats
- Expert on animal noises: elephant, lizard, monkey, cow, bird, lion, dog, cat, snake, sheep..to name a few
- 12 teeth total and more coming. Her mouth is full of little chompers!
- Loves pointing out her favorite things: clocks, windows, flags, trees, rocks...you name it
- Expanding her vocabulary daily. She's starting to say words in context on her own which is great! She's also good at mimicking any words/sounds she hears. Our favorites: "kokokoko" = Koda, "ooooohnoooo = oh no, "uh-oh", "mo" = more, momma, dada, "peeeeas" = please, "baaaa" = bag, "gcho gcho" = (with arms out saying all gone), "blmmlaehailma n' cheeeee" = macaroni and cheese
- Walking and running with ease. She's a little mover! Sometimes she's a little clumsy/distracted with her strides which makes us laugh
- Great at object recognition and will often go get her own items of things seen in books (for example, kangaroo in a book = Jayne bringing you her stuffed kangaroo)
- Keeps an eye on dad up on the stand during church each week giving him big smiles and waves
- Drinks apple juice like a champ. Its definitely her favorite!
- Dances up a storm. She's got some great moves and loves when people watch her groove
