Jayne has really been into trains (and all things moving) lately and also loves "pumkims" so when we heard about the Heber Valley pumpkin train we knew we had to take her on it! Her reaction did not disappoint!
When we got there she was sooooo excited to see the trains, and then we got to actually get on it, phew!-I think her heart burst with joy!
She loved looking out the window as we (slowly, they call it the "Heber Creeper" for a reason) chugged along
It was especially fun as some girls dressed like black cats brought around pumpkin cookies to eat while we rode the train. Jayne just kept saying, "bwack cats bring da cookies!" and then she danced with them too. She loved every minute of it.
Afterward we were able to wander around the station and see the other trains and they gave us little pumpkins as well to take home. Jayne was on cloud nine!
It was a perfect fall/Halloween activity for our little family. Jayne recounted all the details of the night to us for the next few days and told anyone who would listen about the train ride with "bwack cats!" Success!
