Temples

Oh typical Utah tourists.
Yes, we went temple hopping, but not on purpose, promise!
Weddings here and vacations there took us to some fun temples starting with...

...the Logan UT temple.
This temple is so pretty and unique.  I love the brick work.  It really is majestic up on the hill.  We were able to do some sealings inside with my parents (don't faint kaylee!) and then attend my cousin's wedding afterwards.

and now St. Geezy.  It was HOT and it was roastin' but we loved our visit.
(don't you love Phil's shirt? -USA!)
"What temple?" you say?
Ha-it was night time when we went so the photos weren't fab.  Here's a better one off the net.
Yes, we were there...well not in the picture there, but you know!

While driving to Wyoming we were able to stop in and see both the Idaho Falls and Rexburg temples in Idaho.  The Idaho Falls temple was in a beautiful location.  I really liked how the steeple on the temple reminded me of waterfalls
Clever hey?
(please excuse my tacky get-up...we were driving for 5 hours alright)

and the best for last!
There was a fire nearby when we stopped at the Rexburg temple and it made for some awesome pictures.
There were photographers all around taking photos.  It almost looks photo-shopped, but it's legit!

We loved seeing all the temples.
See...
Phil is simply overcome with joy.
Why?- cuz we love temples.

  1. Steve and I have been to the Logan and IF temples many times (those were our home temples for our married life) Logan is so beautiful. Love it. IF's celestial room chandelier reminds me so much of the steeple, only reversed! Cool huh? And its amazing inside. Lots of beautiful murals. Yay for temples. Love them.
