Quality Time

We love our pals the Archibalds.

It's always a guaranteed good time when we go out with Caylee and Dan.

When they asked if we wanted to tag along on a Sunday excursion to the Hunter Valley, we definitely said YES!

The Hunter Valley is beautiful.

Rolling hills.

Vast vineyards.

Green. Green. Green.

We drove around for a bit to find Dan's "perfect spot".

We settled in at one of the wineries next to this little pond under a huge tree.

It was "perfect".

We figured we'd better make our picnic fancy to fit in with the ritzy wine tasting lifestyle down in Hunter Valley.

We had a whole feast that included

- prosciutto and camembert cheese from Caylee.

Yum.

- chocolate covered strawberries from us.

Yum.

We definitely enjoyed ourselves...

After our picnic we wandered around the winery and explored.

It was amazing.

Can I go back?

Permanently?

They even had an aussie veranda...part of my future dream home.

There was an old shop building on the property.

I loved the vintage signs and feel.

mmmm...plus I love me that man!

And then we finished off with a stroll through the vineyards.

Oh so posh.

I already want to go back.

I miss it.

Including the fancy picnic.

And the company.

And the relaxing sunday.

Ah...Hunter Valley.
