California 2014 - Disneyland Day 2

Tuesday was Phil's birthday. After our yummy breakfast at the hotel (all you can eat hot breakfast every day, yes thank you!) we were fueled up and ready for another Disneyland day.

Jayne was happy to be headed back for another day of fun!

We started off in Disneyland that day, making sure to get some token pictures as we made our way to the rides

I love the Fall and Disneyland-so put them together and it is perfection! Main Street was decked out!

We made sure to stop in at City Hall for Phil's birthday pin and a "first time" pin for Jayne

We hit the ground running again going on ride after ride, getting our faces/arms painted, eating yummy fall treats and meeting some characters.

These were "Day of the Dead" designs

The first character encounter Jayne had was with Tigger and she went right in and gave him a hug and a kiss!

But then her love turned to uncertainty pretty quickly...

We wanted to get to the California Adventure parade that afternoon so we made our way to that park later in the day. Jayne enjoyed the cute little Bug's Life rides

and of course the big kids loved the Tower of Terror

And California Screamin'

We made sure to stop in at Cars Land again. Guys, that place is awesome-detailed and just like the movie. We loved just walking around there.

Jayne was so patient waiting for the big kids to go on rides. She especially loved playing with the park maps.

The parade in California Adventure was really good! We loved it-and found out that Jayne loves bubbles. There were bubbles going the whole time as the parade passed us by. This parade was definitely Jayne's favorite part of the Disney parks.

She was quite the little dancer, moving to all the beats with the parade performers

Pure Disney joy!

After a couple more rides and taking a spin on the new Radiator Springs Racers a couple times we made it to closing time and headed out to dinner to celebrate Phil's birthday. It was definitely a birthday well spent.
Phil and Jayne agree :)
